Team Fees

Each team is required to pay a $500 entry fee in order to be affiliated with the Brandon Bolts.  The team fee must be paid in full before the team is registered in any league or insured.

Player Fees

Player fees cover two sets of game uniforms (home and away), one practice/scrimmage jersey, league memberships, and insurance.  These fees DO NOT fully cover the cost of entering tournaments and other miscellaneous expenses. For teams staying overnight at tournaments, the cost of the hotel and food is the responsibility of the parent. All players are expected to participate in Bolts fundraisers to help offset expenses not covered by player fees.

Players with an outstanding balance from a prior season will not be able to re-register until their past due fees are paid.

Fees are non-refundable after the first tournament.  Partial refunds may be given before the first tournament for extenuating circumstances.

Player Dismissal

Coaches reserve the right to remove any player from their team.  Reasons for dismissal could include excessive or unexcused absences from games or practices, discipline problems, or excessive parental interference.

Player Expectations

1)      Attend practices and tournaments giving 100% effort.

2)      Give undivided attention to the coaching staff.

3)      Maintain passing academic and behavior grades throughout the school year.

4)      Participate in Bolts fundraisers.

5)      Wear game uniforms only for tournaments or when instructed by the coaching staff.

6)      Maintain game uniforms so that they always reflect well on the Brandon Bolts organization.

7)      Carry yourself and wear your uniform in a manner that says the Bolts are a top-notch and disciplined organization.  Uniform shorts worn below the waistline are a definite NO!

Parent Expectations

1)      Alert coaching staff as soon as possible when a player will miss a game or practice.

2)      Support players and coaches.  Coaches and officials reserve the right to ask any parent to leave a game or practice for being disruptive.  Disruption includes making disparaging remarks to players, coaches, or officials and coaching from the sidelines.

3)      Alert coaching staff of any medical problems your child may have.

4)      Replace player’s uniforms when they are damaged, lost or no longer fit.

Required for Player registration

1)      Signed and completed Registration form.

2)      Payment of player fees.

3)      Copy of birth certificate (if not on file from a prior season).
